Public website

The public site is static. DataKai does not add advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, account forms, or browser-side application code. Cloudflare processes ordinary connection information, such as IP address, request headers, and security signals, to deliver and protect the site. It may set strictly necessary security cookies when responding to suspected abuse.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, DataKai requests only the standardopenid, email, and profile scopes. The shared identity service receives your stable Google account identifier, name, email address, email-verification status, and basic profile fields.

DataKai uses this information to authenticate you, enforce an exact invitation, protect accounts, investigate security events, and provide account support. An invitation lookup uses a one-way SHA-256 hash of the normalized email address; the invitation record does not contain the raw email address.

Service providers

DataKai uses Google for upstream sign-in, Amazon Web Services for the shared identity and invitation controls, and Cloudflare for public-site delivery and edge security. Information is disclosed to these providers only as needed to operate those functions. DataKai does not sell personal information or use identity information for targeted advertising.

Retention and access

Shared identity profile fields are retained while the account remains active or as needed for account security and recovery. Invitation records carry an expiry time. Operational logs for the shared admission gate are configured for 30-day retention. Infrastructure providers apply their own documented security and retention practices to information they process.

Product access

A DataKai identity does not itself grant access to a product or workspace. A selected product may process additional information under its own visible terms or notice before access is granted.

Material changes will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date before they govern future use.
